The UElandy Plasmid Miniprep Kit uses the principle of SDS-alkali lysis of bacterial cells and silica gel
membrane-specific binding of plasmid DNA to rapidly prepare up to 20 ug of plasmid DNA. Purified plasmids
are suitable for DNA sequencing, restriction digestion, bacterial transformation, library construction, in vitro
transcription and translation, molecular library construction, and routine cell transfection.
